Earning Points. Points are earned through qualifying purchases and activities at SPYGAMES. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redemption. Rewards must be redeemed at the XP threshold shown. Rewards cannot be partially redeemed.

85 pts – Premium Headphones
100 pts – Customer's Choice (GoPro or Drone)
Reward Availability. Specific brands, models, and colours are subject to availability. SPYGAMES reserves the right to substitute items of equivalent value. Estimated retail values are approximate and may vary.
Replay Reward. The 20-minute free session must be used with the same Profile that was used to earn the reward.
Smart Gadget (65 pts). The smart gadget reward consists of a tracking device bundle (e.g. Apple AirTag or Tile). The specific brand and quantity included is at SPYGAMES' discretion based on availability. Approximate value: £30. Items are provided unopened and carry the manufacturer's warranty only - SPYGAMES accepts no responsibility for product faults or support after redemption.
Premium Headphones (85 pts). The headphones provided will be a premium brand pair at an approximate retail value of £350–£450. The specific brand, model, and colour are subject to availability and chosen at SPYGAMES' discretion. No exchanges for alternative models will be made.
Customer's Choice – GoPro or Drone (100 pts). At 100 points the member selects either a GoPro action camera or a consumer drone, approximate retail value £400. The choice is final once confirmed and cannot be swapped after redemption. The specific model is at SPYGAMES' discretion. For drones: the member is solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations (including CAA registration and flyer ID requirements in the UK). SPYGAMES accepts no liability for misuse or regulatory non-compliance.
All Physical Rewards. All items are provided as-is with manufacturer's warranty only. SPYGAMES is not a retailer of these products and does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on redeemed rewards. Items cannot be redeemed for their cash equivalent.
Account. XP are personal to the members profile and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another member's balance.
Changes. SPYGAMES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards programme or any reward tier at any time with reasonable notice.
General. SPYGAMES reserves the right to revoke points or membership in cases of misuse or fraud.
